CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOWS:

♦ Cancellations without penalty are accepted up to 3 working days before the check-in date. After this period, a penalty in the amount of 1 night is invoiced.

♦ In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the requested services is due and the reservation is cancelled.

♦ In case of premature termination of the stay, the paid sums are not refunded and the remaining nights on the reservation are cancelled!

Check-in and check-out:

· Check-in is after 2:00 p.m.;

· Release is until 12:00;
